Terms and Conditions
What do I get? Membership entitles the member to the following: Exclusive Supporters Club T Shirt, Membership Card and True Heroes Racing Lanyard, 3 competitions per year, exclusive team updates.
Upgrade: Memberships can be upgraded with our optional exclusive Hot Drinks offer supported by Xpress Coffee. To include a True Heroes Racing Travel Mug and free hot dink’s at BSB race weekends from the True Heroes Racing Awning. Drinks must be collected in the Supporters Club Mug and Membership Cards must be produced on request.
Who and how my money helps: True Heroes Racing is a registered Community Interest Company (C.I.C) and is set up and run for the beneficiaries it supports. All money that the team receives goes straight back in to fund its activities.
Duration of membership: Membership runs on a Calendar Year basis, from initiation until 31st December of that Calendar Year. Membership will be automatically renewed and a new membership card will be posted out prior to the start of the new BSB season.
Risk: The team accepts no liability for loss or injury whilst members are in the True Heroes Racing premises. Entry is at the member’s own risk.
Non-refundable: All payments are non-refundable.
Membership card visibility: Members must clearly display their membership card when entering the guest area to access the hot drinks.
Preloved teamwear: Is subject to availability, sizes and condition cannot be guaranteed.
Timings for access to drinks: The hot drinks station is in the guest area, access to this may be restricted due to numbers of guests in hospitality.
Subject to change or cancellation: Offers and/or competitions may be withdrawn at the discretion of True Heroes Racing with no prior notice.
Under 16’s: Must be companied by an adult at all times when in or around the True Heroes Racing awning.
Storage of payment details: Direct debits are handled by Go Cardless, all data is managed and stored on their system. True Heroes Racing has no access to these details.

Data and Privacy
How Do We Collect Your Data?
You directly provide True Heroes Racing with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
• Register online or place an order for any of our products or services.
• Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.
• Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.
True Heroes Racing may also receive your data indirectly from the following sources:
• Third-party partners like event sponsors and advertising networks.
How Will We Use Your Data?
True Heroes Racing collects your data so that we can:
• Process your order, manage your account.
• Email you with special offers on other products and services we think you might like.
• Use your usage data to improve our website, products/services, marketing, customer relationships and experiences.
If you agree, True Heroes Racing will share your data with our partner companies so that they may offer you their products and services. We will never share information without express consent which you will be asked to give clearly and in advance of any information being shared.
How Do We Store Your Data?
True Heroes Racing securely stores your data using safeguards. Personal data shall be subject to additional safeguards to ensure this data is processed securely. For example, we work hard to ensure data is encrypted when in transit and storage, and access to this data will be strictly limited to a minimum number of individuals and subject to confidentiality commitments. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Policy. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to any of our websites; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access. When possible, encryption is used, both in transit and storage. Access controls within the organisation limit who may access information.
We will keep your personal identification information for 4-5 years after any donation or transaction takes place. Supporters’ data will be retained for 4-5 years from the last year of membership / support activity. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data.
Marketing
True Heroes Racing would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like, as well as those of our partner companies. You have the right at any time to stop True Heroes Racing from contacting you for marketing purposes or giving your data to other members of the True Heroes Racing Group.

What Are Your Data Protection Rights?
True Heroes Racing would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
• The right to access – You have the right to request True Heroes Racing for copies of your personal data.
• The right to rectification – You have the right to request that True Heroes Racing correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request True Heroes Racing to complete information you believe is incomplete.
• The right to erasure – You have the right to request that True Heroes Racing erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
• The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that True Heroes Racing restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
• The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to True Heroes Racing’s processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
• The right to data portability – You have the right to request that True Heroes Racing transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
